What does the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty cover?
It covers the lubricated components of your gas, diesel, or hybrid engine, transmission, drive axle, transfer case and even covers your electric or hybrid motor. The coverage is limited to the components explicitly limited within the contract.

Do I have to do my vehicle maintenance at Roberts Chevrolet?
No, complete your vehicle maintenance and file a claim anywhere in the United States with ASE certified technicians. Keep your receipts!
Do I have to pay extra for the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty?
No, we purchase this warranty for you! There is no charge to you.
How do I use my Lifetime Powertrain Warranty coverage?
Visit any shop in the US with ASE certified technicians to file a claim. There is a phone number on your contract to call in the claim. After the claim has been approved the shop can complete the repairs.
Are there any repair costs with the Heartland Lifetime Powertrain Warranty?
Components covered under the warranty are covered at no cost to you with a $100 deductible.
Can I transfer the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty coverage if I sell my vehicle?
No, the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is not transferrable to the next owner. It is only valid for the lifetime that you own the vehicle.
Are there maintenance requirements?
Yes, you are required to change your oil. For new vehicles, follow your recommended maintenance schedule in place by General Motors. For used vehicles, complete your oil changes in 5,000 mile intervals.
