GAS, DIESEL AND HYBRID (GAS ENGINE) VEHICLE COVERED COMPONENTS:

All internally lubricated parts; engine block, cylinder head(s) and intake/*exhaust manifolds if the damage is a result of the failure of an internally lubricated part; water pump; thermostat and thermostat housing. *Exhaust manifolds with internal catalytic converters are excluded from coverage.
  

GAS, DIESEL AND HYBRID (GAS ENGINE) VEHICLE COVERED COMPONENTS:

Drive Axle - All internally lubricated parts; gear cases and housing are damaged as a result of mechanical failure of an internally lubricated part; axle shafts and bearings; C.V. and universal joints; propeller shafts; 4WD actuator.
  

ELECTRIC AND HYBRID (ELECTRIC MOTOR) VEHICLE COVERED COMPONENTS:

High power electric motor(s) and all internal parts, power delivery module, power inverter module, power control unit, high power distribution module, electric motor inverter.
Reduction gear, gearbox / Differential and all internal parts, axles, hub bearings, cv joints, universal joints, and vehicle charging port.
 

TRANSMISSION AND TRANSFER CASE:

All internally lubricated parts; gear cases and housing if damaged as a result of a mechanical failure of an internally lubricated part; torque converter; flywheel/flex plate; vacuum modulator valve; TV cable; mounts; oil pan, TCM; solenoids; cooler and hydraulic and metal cooler lines.
 

TURBOCHARGER / SUPERCHARGER
(Factory-Installed Only):

All internally lubricated parts including turbine; turbine shaft; valves; vanes and housing if damaged as a result of a mechanical failure of an internally lubricated part.

What does the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty cover?
It covers the lubricated components of your gas, diesel, or hybrid engine, transmission, drive axle, transfer case and even covers your electric or hybrid motor. The coverage is limited to the components explicitly limited within the contract.

How long does the coverage last?
Our warranty truly lasts a lifetime with coverage for unlimited time and unlimited miles.

Do I have to do my vehicle maintenance at Roberts Chevrolet?
No, complete your vehicle maintenance and file a claim anywhere in the United States with ASE certified technicians. Keep your receipts! 

Do I have to pay extra for the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty?
No, we purchase this warranty for you! There is no charge to you.

How do I use my Lifetime Powertrain Warranty coverage?
Visit any shop in the US with ASE certified technicians to file a claim. There is a phone number on your contract to call in the claim. After the claim has been approved the shop can complete the repairs.

Are there any repair costs with the Heartland Lifetime Powertrain Warranty?
Components covered under the warranty are covered at no cost to you with a $100 deductible.

Can I transfer the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty coverage if I sell my vehicle?
No, the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is not transferrable to the next owner. It is only valid for the lifetime that you own the vehicle.

Are there maintenance requirements?
Yes, you are required to change your oil. For new vehicles, follow your recommended maintenance schedule in place by General Motors. For used vehicles, complete your oil changes in 5,000 mile intervals.
