3.6Disclosure
The advertised price of both new and pre-owned vehicles may include conditional incentives such as dealer financing and/or trade-in incentives. Not all customers will qualify for all incentives. To qualify for the advertised best price, customer must finance through the dealer at standard rates with a minimum amount financed of $15,000 and trade in a qualifying vehicle model year 2016 or newer with fewer than 100,000 miles. Trade-in must have a clean title (no salvage, branded, buyback, or Canadian vehicles).
If these conditions are not met, alternative pricing will apply. All offers are subject to credit approval. Dealer sets final transaction price based on eligibility for disclosed incentives. See dealer for complete details.
Fees
The advertised price of both new and pre-owned vehicles exclude sales tax, title, registration, and other government fees required by law, as well as finance charges. A dealer administrative fee of $399 is charged on all vehicle purchases and cannot be removed or altered in any way. This fee applies to all purchasers in compliance with state law and dealership policy. If the purchaser requests vehicle delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.
Merchandising
Graphics and banners displayed on vehicle images, including “Free Lifetime Powertrain Warranty” logos, are for advertising purposes only and may not accurately represent vehicle eligibility. Not all vehicles qualify - please check with the dealer for details on which vehicles are covered. Images, graphics, prices, colors, trims, options, and other specifications are subject to change at any time at the dealer’s discretion and are dependent on availability, current pricing, and creditworthiness. “In transit” vehicles have been built but have not yet arrived at the dealership, and images shown may not necessarily represent the exact vehicle in transit. Free Lifetime Powertrain Warranty
Vehicles that are model year 2018 or older, or have more than 100,000 miles at the time of sale, do not qualify for the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. Vehicles with modifications are also excluded - this includes altered engines, transmissions, exhaust systems, or lift kits exceeding 4 inches. Any vehicle classified as Fleet or Commercial, titled in a business/farm name or purchased with the intent of business use, is not eligible. Other exclusions may apply. The Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is administered by a third-party warranty provider, Premier, and is purchased by Roberts Chevrolet on behalf of qualifying customers.
